Autocross

The perfect machine for mid-size customers working on fabrics and PVC banners. AutoCross has been designed for volume users who do not require as many features as Multipress can offer but still need to work on a wide range of materials.

Automatic eyelet machine: The eyelet machine automatically loads the eyelet and washer, cuts the material, and places the eyelet in one motion.

We manufacture the Autocross in two models:

Autocross Ø8 mm. This model does not need a washer deposit. You will be able to make thousands of 8mm eyelet placements in the fastest way.

Autocross 12mm. It is the ideal model for finishing banners or any other application with 12 mm eyelets.

• The Ø12 mm version can work with clear and steel eyelets (steel and brass) by simply changing the die.

Operated with a pedal, it allows the operator to have his hands free to work with the different materials. Set eyelets on different materials, including PVC banners, flags, awning tarps, polyester tapes, plastics and all kinds of textiles.

• Applications. Fabrics, banners, awnings, clothing, corrugated, etc.
• Easy thickness/material adjustment. Quickly adjust the cut and eyelet closure according to the type and thickness of the material being worked.
• Laser pointer for accurate setting.
• Operator safety first. It has advanced security devices. The security screen, which protects the placement area.
• Capacity to place 3000 eyelets/hour (50 per minute).
• Positioning guides: Distance between eyelets and from banner edge.
