At PLASTGrommet, manufacturing is at the heart of our business and a key element in ensuring the quality and innovation of our products.
By manufacturing our own equipment, we can constantly innovate, adapt to market trends and offer tailor-made solutions for each customer, strengthening our position as a reference in the banner finishing sector and maintaining a firm commitment to quality and efficiency.
From our factory in Alcoy (Alicante), we design and produce a wide range of equipment for the placement of eyelets and welding of banners.
Our manufacturing covers from manual eyeleting machines to the most basic equipment of our range, but which are essential for an easy and effective banner finishing. We also produce pneumatic and electric eyeleting machines, designed to streamline processes and provide greater speed and consistency. In addition, we develop banner finishing systems for large-scale production, offering complete solutions with process automation for greater efficiency and productivity.
Manufacturing

Made of high-strength steel, they are designed to support heavyweight loads and are ideal for the storage and preservation of banners and rolls of up to 5 meters in length. These systems facilitate the organization of material, optimizing space and improving work flow.
Media storage racks
At PLASTGrommet we manufacture vinyl storage systems, designed to offer robust and efficient solutions to our customers.
With their characteristic red color, our racks not only reflect our brand identity, but also guarantee quality and durability.
We have 10 models of roll storage racks for different needs.
All racks use flat packing to optimize space and reduce logistic costs.
Manufacturing Supervisor
Sergio Jordá
Sergio Jordá (Mechanical Engineer) is responsible for the manufacturing of equipment and machines at PLASTGrommet. The coordination of the different departments is key in PLASTGrommet: Painting, machining and assembly/installation. Sergio’s role is fundamental to ensure that all processes are perfectly aligned.
