Metal stamping
We have a metal stamping department to manufacture our range of metal eyelets.
Our current production includes steel, brass, stainless steel and aluminum eyelets. In 2024, we added a new finish (PLUS) for steel eyelets that offers protection against rust without having to pay the extra cost of brass.
Today, we allow customers to choose which option best suits their needs. Our eyelet machines are available for both metal and plastic eyelets.
In 2022, we decided to take a strategic step and add progressive stamping and manufacture metal eyelets for those for whom transparent eyelets are not their primary option.
Production by progressive stamping
The raw material for manufacturing metal eyelets is delivered in coils.
A progressive metal stamping die is used to manufacture the eyelets.
A cleaning process is required to remove the lubricating oil used in the die.
