PLASTGrommet at PRINTING United Expo 2026: Event Recap

PLASTGrommet Wraps Up a Successful PRINTING United Expo 2026

Three days of live demonstrations, valuable customer connections, and innovative finishing solutions for banners and technical textiles.

PLASTGrommet has successfully wrapped up its participation in PRINTING United Expo 2026, held September 23–25 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Over the three days of the show, our booth C2431 welcomed customers, distributors, partners, and industry professionals interested in discovering our latest solutions for the professional finishing of PVC banners, technical textiles, and wide-format graphics.

The event was an excellent opportunity to reconnect with existing customers, meet new industry professionals, demonstrate our equipment in action, and exchange ideas about the challenges and opportunities facing today’s production environments.

More than showcasing individual machines, our presence at PRINTING United Expo reflected PLASTGrommet’s commitment to providing complete finishing solutions designed to help businesses improve productivity, optimize workflows, and achieve consistent, high-quality results.

Driving productivity through finishing automation

Following our participation in the 2025 edition, PLASTGrommet returned to PRINTING United Expo 2026 with a clear focus: demonstrating how automation can transform professional finishing operations.

As production demands continue to evolve, wide-format printers and banner manufacturers are looking for ways to increase output, reduce manual handling, maintain consistent quality, and make better use of their production time.

Finishing plays a critical role in meeting these demands. Welding, grommet installation, cutting, material handling, and storage all contribute to the efficiency of the overall production process.

Throughout the show, visitors had the opportunity to explore how PLASTGrommet’s equipment can help streamline these operations, simplify repetitive tasks, and support more efficient production workflows.

The conversations we shared with customers and industry professionals reinforced the importance of developing practical, reliable technology that responds to real production needs.

Live demonstrations and hands-on finishing solutions

One of the key highlights of our participation was the opportunity to demonstrate our equipment in action and show visitors how our solutions work in real finishing applications.

Our team welcomed visitors throughout the show, answered technical questions, discussed specific production requirements, and explained how different technologies can be integrated into existing workflows.

A standout moment was the live demonstration of the EVOLVE AIR WELDER, presented by Pablo Cano, our US sales representative. Visitors could see how quickly and easily the system welds a banner hem using hot-air technology, demonstrating a practical solution for professional banner finishing.

The demonstration highlighted the importance of combining speed, ease of operation, and consistent results when working with demanding production schedules.

Together, these solutions demonstrate how the right combination of machinery and material-handling equipment can help businesses improve their finishing processes without compromising quality.

More than machinery: solutions built around customer needs

At PLASTGrommet, we understand that every business has its own production requirements, material types, workflow challenges, and growth objectives.

That is why direct conversations with customers and industry professionals are such an important part of trade shows like PRINTING United Expo.

During the event, our team had the opportunity to discuss a wide range of applications, from advertising banners and wide-format graphics to technical textiles and other specialized finishing projects.

These conversations allow us to better understand the challenges our customers face and explore how our equipment can help them improve efficiency, simplify operations, and achieve more consistent finishing results.

Whether a business is looking to optimize an existing production line, reduce manual handling, improve material flow, or explore new finishing capabilities, choosing the right equipment can make a meaningful difference to its daily operations.

Our goal is not simply to supply machinery. It is to help customers identify practical solutions that fit their processes and support their long-term business objectives.

Innovation focused on real production challenges

At PLASTGrommet, innovation means more than developing new machines. It means creating solutions that address the everyday challenges faced by banner manufacturers, wide-format printers, and technical textile professionals.

Improving production speed, reducing unnecessary handling, supporting operator ergonomics, minimizing errors, and maintaining consistent finishing quality are all important considerations in the development of our equipment.

PRINTING United Expo provided a valuable opportunity to share this approach with customers, distributors, partners, and professionals from across the industry.

By bringing our finishing technologies directly to the show floor, we were able to demonstrate how equipment designed around specific production tasks can contribute to more organized, efficient, and productive workflows.

The interest shown in our solutions and the conversations held throughout the event made this edition a valuable experience for the entire PLASTGrommet team.
