The All In One Edge offers the same integrated welding, eyeleting, and cutting capabilities as the popular All in One banner finishing system.

It is aimed at medium-sized companies that do not require such a high output as the All In One.

FEATURES

Working width: 600 mm - 3200 mm, adjustable.
Maximum roll diameter: Ø500 mm.
Working mode: Roll to banner. The machine must start with banners on a roll and cuts them to a certain length (constant throughout the roll).
Tension control: Braked unwind mechanism to maintain constant tension.
Eyeleting: The machine has two electric Autocross machines.
Distance between eyelets: Selectable from the screen (constant throughout the roll).
Cutting gantry: The cutting width is adjustable to reduce the cutting cycle when finishing narrow banners. It is possible to cut twice if you need to make double cuts.
Media sensor: When the roll is finished, the machine stops.
Remote Support: The machine can be connected to the Internet via Ethernet or Wi-Fi to offer remote support to perform software updates or monitor errors.
Safety: All the machine moving parts are enclosed to avoid potential safety issues. The cutting gantry is completely protected. The machine has several safety devices, such as a rope-pull emergency stop switch and other emergency stops.
Efficiency: It has been designed for a one-person operation with a compact footprint.

OPTIONAL KITS

This machine offers different kits that have to be selected at the time of ordering.

1. Roll edge alignment kit. The unwind air shaft is mounted on a pneumatically driven support. It moves automatically from left to right to adjust the roll edge position.

2. In-line slitter kit (Must be ordered with the hem welding kit.) The adjustable in-line slitter cuts the material to the correct width. Left side: 10mm (3/8”)~50mm (2”). Right side: No limit.

3. Hem welding kit. This kit comprises two welders, electronics, hemming guides and the welding extension shaft.

4. Tape welding kit (Must be ordered with the hem welding kit.) This kit includes the tape welding guides and the tape dispensers.

5. Vision system kit. To read eyelet and cut marks.

6. Roll to roll kit. A rewinding system with an air shaft and support elements to finish fence banners roll to roll.

2-IN-1 EYELET PRESS

One machine turns 180º and can be used as a standard eyelet press to eyelet the short sides or other jobs.
